Most residents study at the engineering and management campuses along the NH-24 belt — IMSEC, RKGIT, HRIT and Hi-Tech among them — or are preparing for competitive examinations, or working in Ghaziabad and Noida.

Ghaziabad sits on the eastern edge of Delhi NCR, connected to Noida, Delhi and Meerut by road and rail. Our residences are positioned for people who study or work across that corridor rather than in one fixed place.

Getting to college
On the college belt
along NH-24.
Our residences sit on the NH-24 corridor — the same stretch now numbered NH-9 — which is where most of Ghaziabad’s engineering and management campuses are. If you study on this belt, you are not commuting across the city to get to class.
Distances are measured by road from the residence, at usual traffic. We are not affiliated with any of these institutions and do not represent them — they are listed because our residents study at them.

What is included in the rent?
A furnished room, three meals cooked on site, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, power backup, laundry access, security and maintenance. There is no separate cleaning, water or maintenance charge.
Are single rooms available?
Both single and shared rooms, depending on the residence and what is free at the time. Tell us what you need and we will tell you what we have.
Is food included, and what kind?
Three meals a day, cooked in our own kitchen rather than brought in. You are welcome to come and eat one before deciding.
What are the security arrangements?
Staffed entry with a visitor register, CCTV on common areas and a manager on site. Entry timings and visitor rules are explained clearly before anyone moves in.
Can parents visit before booking?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Call us and we will show you the building, a room, the kitchen and the staff.
Who actually runs these residences?
Nuovomondo, with our own staff. They are not sub-let to a caretaker or a contractor, which is why there is one number to call when something is wrong.
What is the notice period?
Agreed in writing before you move in, along with rent, deposit and what happens if plans change. Nothing is left to be discussed later.
Is there a PG near IMS Engineering College or RKGIT?
Yes. IMS Engineering College is 3.3 km away, about 8 minutes by car or two-wheeler. Hi-Tech Institute on NH-9 is 4.6 km, about 10 minutes. RKGIT, HRIT at Duhai and Sunder Deep at Dasna are on the same belt.
Do you have PGs outside Ghaziabad?
Not currently. All three residences are in Ghaziabad. We will say so plainly rather than send you somewhere we do not run.
