Nuovomondo was founded on a simple belief — that real estate can create more than financial returns. It can create better places to live, work and belong. We bring together development expertise, creative marketing, data-driven strategy and disciplined asset management to unlock the full potential of real estate assets.

We started by running buildings rather than selling them. Our first residence reached full occupancy in its second season, largely on recommendations from residents and their families, and turned away more enquiries than it had beds. That is the standard everything else is measured against.

Measured, not marketed

We say which numbers are which.

Throughout this site we distinguish between actual performance, owner-provided information, projections and architectural visualisations. Photographs of real buildings are labelled as actual property; renders are labelled as visualisations. Operating records are open to registered parties during diligence. No figure has been audited, and we do not describe it as though it had.

Who owns what. The operating residences are held personally by our founder rather than by the company. Nuovomondo develops, operates, distributes and sells; it is not the registered owner of every asset it runs.
